Hello Harvest

One of my favorite seasons is fall and favorite holiday is Thanksgiving. There are no expectations except for gathering together with friends and family. Lots of food, games and fun. Fall reminds me of big piles of leaves to jump in to and pumpkin pies. I also love the rustic rich colors of fall. This was the inspiration of my card and design.

This stamp set is part of the new June/Dec 2022 Mini Catalog with Stampin' Up. It comes as a suite, bundle or individual. The Designer Series Paper (DSP) is beautiful and will make lovely fall cards.

Materials:

Cardstock:

Mossy Meadow Cardstock - 51/2in x 81/2in scored at 41/4in and one scrap piece

Very Vanilla - 4in x 51/4in (2 pieces - 1 for inside)

4in x 2in piece, 1 1/2 in x 4in piece, 3in x 3in piece

Cajun Craze - 2 3/4in x 2 3/4 in

Silver Threaded Twine

Rustic Pumpkin Dies

Timeworn Type 3D Embossing folder

Rustic Harvest Designer Series Paper (DSP)

2 1/2in x 4 1/4in piece (watch the direction of your paper)

Assembly:

Fold Mossy Meadow in half and burnish with a bone folder for a crisp fold for your card base.

Place one 4x51/4 Very Vanilla piece in Embossing Folder and run through the Stampin' Cut and Embossing Machine. Will not fit in Mini Machine. Adhere to the front of your card base using Multipurpose Glue or Stampin' Seal.

Adhere the DSP to the card.

With a 2 1/2in scalloped circle die, cut out circle with 3x3 very vanilla piece.

Stamp sentiment on 4x2 very vanilla piece. Stamp leaves x 2 on other very vanilla piece. Cut out using coordinating dies in the Rustic Pumpkin Die set with the Stampin' Cut and Embossing Machine. These will also fit in Mini Machine. Cut a vine piece in Mossy Meadow cardstock as desired.

Stamp pumpkin on Cajun Craze cardstock and cut out with coordinating die. Use blends to add dimension and depth. Adhere to scalloped circle. With Stampin' Dimensionals, adhere this to the card. Tuck the two leaves underneath before securing down.

Adhere sentiment with dimensionals. I pulled the silver threads out of the Threaded Twine and made a bow with just the twine. (save the silver threads for another project). Adhere bow using Mini Glue Dots.

You can finish this card off with a few gold gems of your choosing. Stampin' Up has many to choose from.

And don't forget to dress up your envelopes!
